How To Hide BBcodes Like On vBulletin.org...

Here's my question, what exactly is it that vBulletin.org does so that only Licensed Members can view their BBcodes? Are they using a mod or are they editing their templates?

I want to do something similar to what they're doing. Though I don't want it to be for Licensed Members. I need to be able to do it for different Usergroups. I like the vBulletin.org style.

I want it to appear in a code form. In other words, how do they do it so that it appears like this:

You cannot view code until you prove your license status

I wanna set it up that way. So that only certain users can see BBcodes. I want the error to appear just like that in a code box.

Can anyone help me out?

LOL, now I got an error. I went to edit the settings and I clicked the Save Settings Button in the ACP.

This is the Error I got.

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/forums/includes/adminfunctions_options.php on line 639
