I had a similar problem to you, with custom Nameservers and the technician told me had to edit the i.p's and the nameservers in my zonefile, which is where you tell what custom nameserver is assigned to which i.p and where to put it (I think) - anyway if you explain this to your hosting provider they will know what to do!<br /><br /><img src="http://www.webdesignerforum.co.uk/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /><br /><!--content-->
yeah problem solved, although godaddy can't solve the problem but when i contacted hostgator (my hosting company) they tell me the way. and yes there is a problem with ip address, so i change my ip and it works fine.<!--content-->
