Hide Thread Title ?

Hello my friends,

I want a modification. I want to hide topic titles which is at moderation's categories. Users who dont have join permissions should see fix title which
I set. And Moderators should see normal topic titles.

Then Forum Permissions

Quick Forum Permissions

Set The Permissions For That FOrum

That Is For The Moderators.
