1. CHMOD 666 the 'vB-root/includes/config_vbseo.php' file.

So how to do so i have the command for chmod but dono how to ue it ?

you need to conenct to your webspace via ftp and set the permission sof that file to 666, you can also do it via the file manager in cpanel

Either do it in the file manager in your control panel (methods vary according to the style of file manager used) or in FTP right-click on the file and choose properties which should result in a menu for selection read, write and execute permissions (same as CHMOD). Adjust until you have 666.
