my public_html do not auto call index.php i must set at my control panel redirect domain to set redirect to vBTEAM Underground - Free vBulletin Hacks, Skins and Support

wha happen why my public_html not auto call index.php i mus set before if not i get blank page

You should check to see if you have an empty index.html page in your public_html folder. It takes priority over index.php and will produce the behavior you describe. If you have an empty or blank index.html there, delete it.
