[Help] Graphic Designer Needed

I was wondering if someone could help me. I have the Grunged skin for my forum, however when I tried to edit the PSD's I figured it would just be editing Text. But this one is much more to it and I'm not good with Photoshop. Now if I could edit it in Photoimpact that be great, I was wondering if a skilled graphic desginer could help me out with this?
