This mod adds an easily editable portal to your
vBulletin forum.

1. Login to FTP or cPanel and Rename the original
vBulletin index.php file to forum.php then upload
the new index.php file found in "upload" folder.
2. login to admincp and install
product-hbd_portalv2.xml as product.
3. Browse to:
Admincp >> vBulletin options >> HBD Portal v2
4. Add your content and set your preferences.
