google seems to find keywords within non-hyphenated domains

Did I only just notice this, or has google been doing this for ages? When you search for 'widget', the SERPS return results with the term 'widget' highlighted, even if its part of somebiggerwidgetwithwords.comSame goes to multiple words, a search for "widget word" or "widget-word" will also highlight domains containing widgetword.I'd taken to hyphenating domains, but it seems it isn't necessary after all.I noticed that about a year ago, but never thought much about it.Hmmm... would Googe return internet.com in the results for a search on "inter" or "intern"?I think that Google pays more attention to contenet than it does to URLs, though. (I think...)
