can anyone help a noob, i have got myself a domain with go daddy, up until now i have been using there free ad supported hosting, while i tested a few things. i just moved to there paid option and when i try to transfer the domain while setting up the accout, i get the following message.
"Your domain you-said-it.net is not available for this hosting account. Setup can not continue because this domain is being used by the following application: Hosting"
I think the problem is that i am still using there free hosting while trying to set this up, but i am not sure how to resolve this.
they do not appear to have any email support and i am based in the uk, so would like to call them as a last resort.
