here is a tut on how to make glowing Rainbow links
i had this on my html site long ago so i said y not try on vb n it works!
steps
1) to go desire template and open header template
2) in the end of that template add this code
3) download this file Click Here and upload to root folder for your forum directory
example
my website is www.hello.com so you would upload the file on root and that file link will look like this www.hello.com/rainbow.js
or my website is www.welcome.com/forums/ so the uploaded link will look like this www.welcome.com/forums/rainbow.js
and thats all refresh your page and ur links will glow with rainbow colors.
