Got this script from dyanmic drive, just copy the following and paste to very bottom of your footer template...
edit the part to point to where you uploaded the heart gif..
Put heart image to the directory of your choice and your set...
just change image to snowflake etc for xmas or whatever you want, falling elephants etc for elephant day!!!
