You can use funpic till you get caught 
Also you can use bytehost but you need to find some tricks to be able setup vbullletin there...

I've used a Keygen vBulletin and just 2 weeks after it was running I got a mail to remove the files kauz they got a mail of vBulletin that they have no member registered with the license number or something like that. I can't remember. So that's no soloution. You need a Paid Host to use Warez/Nulled things.

i am using a nulled vB for years now.. i even can't recall how long back but it's ancient history.. i was never caught with my hosting (mediacatch) but it's not a free one.. i recently moved (a week ago) to another hosting (not free but CHEAP) that did a verification of my account AFTER i installed the nulled vbulletin there were also no issues..
i say nulled stuff works great UNLESS you were unlucky enough to have a very popular site and people who report or in some strange case jellsoft finds out about.. if that happens better get the original..
i'm right about to get myself the original but the problem is that i have several sites and the licenses are not cheap.. hopefully google ads will work out as they did so far

Well look at things this way you shouldn't want a nulled vb one is you can get in alot of trouble heres steps to do it though :
1. get a server that makes it so no server or anything can track your ip.(stay anominice)(cant spell it lol in other words they will only pick up the server but not you.)
2.make a fake eamail you will only use for the ocasion they will hack into your eamail and see if other sites know you ip if they do uh oh.)
3.stop talking about this on a site that runs off of vb.

Just don't use x10hosting. First they suck, a lot of server lag. And I had a gysn nulled + keygen 3.8.0 and got banned 10 mins after installing. XD
