But when i sign up for that little host there was a selection and I selected softwares.. I think they allowed warez..

nope they do not allow warez, they also state they allow porn but they do not.
as I said, it's a byethost site. the 0lx is a free reseller account anyone can have, the creator of the free reseller account still has to follow byet's rules.
