Forums in columns + Custom forum images

a small issue!

I applied this mod on my 3.7.3 forums

I got this issue please check out the attachment,

anyway to resolve that?
 
didnt there use to be a mode that u added and all u did was add like a photobucket link while making a forum and it posted a icon up next to the new forum i used to do it like that a year ago right now im using code to edit a image in
 
I keep getting this database error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare construct_forum_columns()

I've read every last detail and all the suggestions on this thread. What am I missing??

Try this:

go to FORUMDISPLAY template,find and delete:

Code: 
	  <td class="thead">$vbphrase[last_post]</td>
	  <td class="thead">$vbphrase[threads]</td>
	  <td class="thead">$vbphrase[posts]</td>
 
i tried this mod like 4 months ago i think and it didnt work at all!! everytime i tried to do it.... the forum messed up and wouldnt load the forum at all! but finally after giving it another shot..... it works :) i think i did something today which i wasnt doing around 4 months ago :$ and now my forum looks soooo much better!! because i got too many forums it didnt really look good but thanks to this mod... it looks so much more cleaner now :D wooohooo... if anyone wants to see how it looks with this mod then visit www.media-bay.info
