Footer always on bottom

Hey friends,

I've got a little problem: The footer isn't always on the botton of the forum. But i want the footer to always stick on the bottom of the page!

I tried desperately to put the footer on the bottom, but i can't get it to work!

Maybe the problem isn't even in the footer...
I hope someone can find a solution!
