Dynamic PDF Creation

Has anyone ever created a dynamic PDF file off a website? I need to create real-time PDFs based on the query submitted from the web page. Once the user makes their choices, the results returned will be created on the fly in a PDF file. <BR><BR>Any ideas?I have the code to create an SVG file on the file from data stored in a SQL database.
