No they aren't going to move it now. Twilight took it's spot and I wouldn't think Harry Potter would want to compete with Twilight now. Both of them wouldn't earn as much as they will.
No, it will never move back to november, Twilight and Bolt have already taken the spot. Some people are hoping for something sooner than july though. I'm a huge fan, but I don't think it's going anywhere. WB wants their money.
