I wanted to add a Blog to my current website at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.reed-design.co.uk">http://www.reed-design.co.uk</a><!-- m --> - I was wondering which people thought was best blog?, I want target="_blank">http://joelreed.110mb.com/Blog/index.php - the downside is there isn't much freedom with this target="_blank">http://www.wordpress.org or Serendipity <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.s9y.org">http://www.s9y.org</a><!-- m --><br /><br />http://www.expressionengine.com also has a free version (for non-profits)!<!--content-->
Go with Blue's first suggestion of Wordpress. It's free, constantly updated and very flexible. The plugins available are widespread and very numerous, so chances are whatever you want to do someone has done it before and coded up a plugin.<!--content-->

If you know what you're doing it can be integrated into your site or power the whole things as a CMS.<!--content-->
