Can't login to admincp

Hello

My forum 3.8.3

everytime I tried to log in to admincp I enter my name and password

they told me " Welcome .....etc "

But then the same box showed up ask me again to enter my name and password

What to do ?

Did you just recently install a mod or play with the cookie settings?
