Can somone please help me?

Ok recently one of my friends tried to register on my site,but they said the little image with the code didnt load up.He tooke a screen shot of it.If someone can help me please reply.

If you're not sure it was ever working, you may have to switch the image settings: AdminCP -> Image Settings -> if GD is set, change to Imagick, or vice-versa and Save. If you switch to Imagick, you may have to specify the binary path.

AdminCP>>vBulletin Options>>Human Verification Settings

Uncheck All...

If Not..Reupload All Images To Your Images Folder Of All Skins.

if i do that,the img wont show up
