Answers-video virus please help?

I just got an answer from user shkreli j and I was stupid and clicked on it and the codec thing. How do I remove this virus??? I ran my antivirus and it said my system was clean. I also ran windows defender and it showed up fine. <br />
I also now have a blue background that says warning spyware detected on your computer.<br />
