A Rip is basically all the pictures from a premium skin or a unreleased skin taken out from a demo or a site all pictures are downloaded then after that has happened the ripper custom codes it to look like that same as the original but is not the same because he himself is coding it so there will be code differences. If its not proper go buy it don't flame because the ripper is trying to help you as much as he can for you to get it free, also in a rip 80% of the time you will not get a blank header psd cause the ripper himself doesn't have it.
