Has anyone elce noticed this issue where the Todays's Posts and New Posts do not have a background?

I noticed this after a fresh install of vBulletin 3.8.1 and used the updated [3.8.1] Skilltest - Sidebar - public by tasty.xml

Is there another update to the .XML or would anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

Note: The rest of the site looks fine with no issues also this is with no addons or modifications at all.

I have installed this skin but I think there is a little problem, look at this image



I think that the "Post Reply" button and the Quick Moderation Links shouldn't be overlying the last post message, they should be in "another line" and not in the same line of the last post making the layout not so clear..

I hope you can understand my problem and give some help!
