How can i change my forum's favicon?

make a favicon image using photoshop or fireworks.save it as .png or whatever format and go to this site to convert it to .ico.

:. ConvertICO.com - Convert .PNG format files to .ICO or .ICO format files to .PNG : Windows Vista compatible

remember: favicon size is 16x16 pixels

than just move it to where ur forum root is and replace it.
