I've noticed that the Microsoft XML parser v3 Sp1 always seems transpose XML(using XSLT) into XHTML with UTF-16 encoding written into it. This isdespite specifically adding the <xsl
utput encoding="UTF-8"> element andattribute in my XSLT.This wouldn't normally be a problem except that the when viewed withNetscape 6, it returns garbage. (It works with every other browserincluding Netscape 4.x)I am using NT4-sp6 and IIS4. Please could anyone suggest a fix for this?Thank you.
