XSL namespaces

I'm developing an intranet application and have a server-side xsl pagewith the following namespace:<xsl:template xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl">Is the URL in the previous line accessed each time the xsl sheet is used?If so my server will need guaranteed access to the internet - no big deal,I guess, but if the server loses its internet connection for any reason myintranet application is rendered useless.thx for any help
