Hi,
I realize this must be the dumbest ? asked on this site ever, but I ll be damned if I can find an answer anywhere on the web. Basically, Im just uploading a simple XML file to my server, but I cant get a browser to open it--just get a 403 forbidden error--have tried IE7 and FF--Im trying to integrate it with Flash but I cant open my file--Its not the CMOD values and the file opens if I view it locally--Im sure its something simple. Can someone take pity on me and help?
