XML from VB with DTD files?

I have been given some DTD files. How can I create the correct object andhave it load its defnition from a DTD file? I assume I need to create aDOMDocument or XMLDocument, but I do not see how to load the DTD file I haveinto it. I am a novice at XML - thanks for any help.Luther
