XML errors

I am creating an RSS feed. Some of the links have &d_op and &cid in there link. For example: modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=1 When I use this however, it gives me errors because of those parts in the link. How do I tell it that it is right and use it like that? I know I need some special little something in it, but what?
