I am looking for the following XML-based tool.1. XML schema that describes a database schema (tables, indexes, views, procedures,functions, triggers, constraints, seed data, etc) in a database vendor independentlanguage (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)2. Deployment tool (could be XSLT based or anything else for that matter)that installs and/or upgrades the database schema according to the descriptionin the XML filesI've been looking around for quite a while now ... no luck.
