But the layout is still tabular. That's all that's tabular, but it's not CSS. It's hybrid, which is a step up, but still...For a laugh, take a look at the validation results for that page:

What a bunch of Bozos.I wouldn't use bozo, but how I describe Microsoft might not be too appropriate for these forums...49 errors with HTML 4.01 transitional, eh? 66 with HTML 4.01 strict, and a whopping 180 with XHTML 1.1
