Would this site be better/quicker if the top and left navigation menus were in frames?:<br />

it seems to me that at the moment the code for the top and left menus are being loaded again and again. perhaps there is a better alternative to frames?? thanks, looking forward to a reply,<br />

Timo Maas.<!--content-->leave frames dude, the site navigation is fine at the moment, the way it is, but then again i am on a fast connection, its up to you though, if bandwidth is a big issue with your host then its up to you, but i recommend staying away from them.<br />

alternatively i used to use include files (txt files) with the code for the navigation in em and then load em when the site is first loaded, then they stay resident in the temp files and so they dont need to be Download <!--more-->ed each time. i think your file extensions would become .shtml, not sure though.<!--content-->cheers a lot, thats what i thought.<br />
