Would someone install a vbulletin forum for me?

I'm a begginer at this, I have the vbulletin file downloaded to my computer but I'm completely clueless on what to do next. I've watched many youtube video tutorials on how to install vbulletin but I still don't understand what to do to get me to the next step.

Will someone nice enough pleaase install a vbulletin forum for me/?
Or if not, please let me know step by step clearly how to upload it?

Although this topic is really old, I just thought I would reply. I think that you (or anyone else who comes across this and may have the same question) should do some research and figure out how to do these things on your own. Chances are if you ever need move hosts, fix problems, add plugins etc, you won't be able to because you don't know how to setup the forum software.

What your asking people to do is fairly simple, and can be learned with a few hours time, understanding of how to create a database, and how a FTP/webhost works. Best of luck!
