HeyI joined with google Analytics like the week it came out.And just got an email to welcome me, wohoo.It is excellent, I would like to recommend to anybody who hasn't already, register for google Analytics.It may take a few months to get a welcome letter (They say that they only let x amount of people join at a time)but it is worth it.Good job again google.And good job on that deal with deal.One thing though.Anyone know if I can have multiple websites with the same code on AnalyticsYou have a menu at the top to choose the website.But I was reading, it said to add another website, you have to register again and wait.Anyone know?Analytics is pretty cool. I like it.gona try it.. heard that it's pretty cool.. now I'm using addfreestat... for my web and some of my client.. really like their graphing of the traffic.. very clear presentation..I don't know it google's one will be the same or notI havn't been on these forums that much of late ... doing a site re-design.I had got some high rankings in google and was gettin 250+ uniques a day from them but it has slowed to a trickle from google...just started slowing down when I got google analytics installed as well Analytics is good and can be useful ... since 31st May there have been 533 different locations that have visited my website with most coming from North America ( which is where I expected it to be from)... though having 1 visitor from many smaller and unexpected countries is nice seeing that information and being able to analyse the results.The site re-design was triggered as a result of the analytics ... had someone tell me it dropped the left menu when he resized to 800 x 600 ( I had originally tested and it was fine)... but a couple more said it dropped the left menu below the content and I had was able to see that it would be affecting over 10% of the visitors... which is too much to ignore so I re-designed into a more simple fluid CSS which so far has had no problems reported ( including ie 7.0 beta visitors)... Back on about analytics ... I just need to figure out why google doesn't like me at the minute to get some better numbers ... it may be too few backlinks that hold my ranking down or it could be my host has caused me to have a double content penalty... just not sure about how to figure out if I am being penalised for double content or not ... wish analytics done that as well (maybe sitemap should do that).
