I have a client with a flash-background for whom I'm developing microsites and more often than not it happens that I get the design as a PSD-File and am told just to replace the interactive elements and leave the rest as it is. While this hurts me as much as it might hurt you, I understand the reasons behind that (lower costs, only temporary sites, run inside messed up environments like the fb-iframe etc.). I have to do a lot of (absolute) positioning and resizing of elements. Atm I'm writing this by hand, but its not very convinient. What workflows, programms or even better Eclipse/Aptana or Notepad++ Plugins would you suggest to handle such a case?
