Won A Name At Auction But Now Have Issues

Hi All

I recently won a domain name at auction with SEDO. The guy who currently own it is not replying to their emails.

What happens here? I thought by entering into an auction its the law that they have to sell the name if it reaches the reserve which it has.

Just wondering if any one has an experience of this.
