I'm using wkhtmltopdf with the Codaxy Wrapper in an asp.net MVC project.With a page with multi page-break and header and footer it freezes and the code goes to: HTML to PDF conversion process has not finished in the given period.Because correctly the process is still alive.I've seen that there's no problem if I set header and footer to null (also if I set to null only one of them).But there's also no problem if I run wkhtHTMLtopdf from commandline (with header and footer) and it's very fast.Do you have any suggestions to intercept the problem?
