Winrecue mode problem

I Have a dedicated server from ovh although i got that from a reseller but that guy transfered my server to my ovh acc so that i can reboot and do other things by myself but 3 days ago i installed windows server 2012 there and after one day the server crashed and it automatically went to win rescue mode. i tried to fix it but it said server had some problem and i have to reinstall OS so i had no choice i installed OS with no problem and after that 2 days server had no problem today i noticed that i cant connect to my server via RDP i logged into the ovh manager and i saw that server was in win rescue mode but i didnt do that it was automatically in win rescue mode.so all i want to know is how to lock it that my server wont go to win rescue mode and it will keep in HD mode in any circumstances Any one please Help me
