I have an Apache web server running on windows2000 with php. I'm using the php_oracle.dll, but the only time I can connect with the Oracle DB with success is the first time I run the script after the Apache started. After that I always get a "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name".
I tryed to use an ODBC connection, but I can't access a result set from a query!
Any ideas?
