A lot of common threads found on this technical support forum are regarding accounts being deleted/disabled. This is an on-going attempt at summarizing some of these issues.

It's important for everyone to know and go over the Terms of Service:
Terms of Service
http://www.freecchost.com/terms.html

Content/Activities to avoid on your actual site: (these are reviewed daily!!)
• Hate, Bigotry, and/or Intolerance;
• Warez or Software Piracy related;
• Music Piracy Related;
• Hacking Related;
• Making available copyrighted software which has been “cracked” (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed);
• Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software;
• Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than “cracking” software;
• Spamming to promote your website;
• Anything related to illegal activity;

Just to do a quick re-cap here are some of the things that will get you suspended:
• Adult content of any kind (allowed in paid service);
• Warez / hacking / phishing sites;
• Mass mailers / spammers (account will be automatically suspended if you will try to send mass mail), so if your software supports such feature, disable it right now;
• File sharing scripts to be run. (allowed in paid service);
• Chat, proxy, or file download scripts. (allowed in paid service);
• Paid-to-surf, auto-surf, buxto, and any other similar scripts (allowed in paid service);
• Online gaming scripts such as ogame, mafia, etc.. (allowed in paid service);
• Nulled software such as ip.board or vbulletin is allowed to be hosted;
• Account used to store files only (allowed in paid service);
• Sites related to torrents (allowed in paid service);

Going through some of the threads found on here, there is a very strict policy for some of the above, which I will list here:
- Media: Make sure that you're not using software that has previously been associated with a lot of media trading/hosting. This will be a red flag for one of the admin to look at your site. If there is a doubt, there is no doubt and you will be suspended.

- Feeds: Although this is a gray area, this unfortunately falls under the category of 'Chat, proxy, etc."
So all twitter feed api, google apps api etc are to be avoided. Reason being that you're making 'background' requests from the server, taking more CPU power than the average Joe's HTML page and thus getting more than you should on a 'FREE' account.

- Domain name: This is another off the radar issue. There's a 'private' list of sensitive domain names that will get you suspended. Think of regular domain names that would be related to the above violation of the Terms of Service and you may have found your answer. (eg. free.com, bux.com, torrents.com, etc.)

- Bandwidth: There's a lot of bandwidth available on a per-month basis , but keep in mind that utilizing a lot of this bandwidth on the first few days of account creation is going to raise some suspicion. If you're an established customer and have been using more and more bandwidth, then it's normal. But using 10-15GB in the first day or two of your account creation is a red flag that you're moving way more content than normal and thus may be violating the Terms of Service

Bottom line is, the free accounts are great if your site really doesn't require much flexibility. Beyond that, you'll find yourself in need of some of the above services, at which point it's time to upgrade.

Above all enjoy the free hosting and don't hesitate to provide feedback where needed
