Why won't my images and graphics display on a Mac?

I develop websites on a PC using standard HTML <img> tags for all my photos and graphics. For some reason the photos and graphics never display at all on a Mac. Does anybody have any idea of what might be causing this? I am completely baffled over this one. Macs should be able to read standard HTML code and display standard .jpg images with ease, and yet none of my images are ever visible on a Mac. Can somebody please help out here? I would greatly appreciate it. <br />

The second post talks about width commands in the <img> tag being the problem. I really have never heard of this, but like I said I don't have alot of experience in mac.<br />
Also if that doesn't work just be sure the browsers on your test machines are setup to actually view the images. For examply I.E. has the ability to turn imgs off. Make sure that this isn't the case.<!--content-->
