Why when the mouse points to the gif image, a tool bar appears?

You can disable it on your brower by playing with the settings, but you will not be able to affectively do so on a client's browser. Well you can with js, well nevermind you can affectivley with js, but it will not help you any security wise.<!--content-->put this inbetween the head tags:<br />
