Why the google penalize the blog / site ?

What are the reasons due to which google penalize the blog / site ? Spamming is harmful if anyone do spamming then he will get punishments. A good place to start would be to review Google's Webmaster Guidelines and try and figure out if you have any concerns regarding what's published there:

If you determine that your site doesn't meet these guidelines, you can modify your site so that it does and then submit your site for reconsideration. It doesn't neceessarily have to be the fact that it's a blog site...you could been caught "keyword stuffing"...you could have violated the terms of service someway In addition to the advice given so far, you may also find more information in this thread. What does Google penalize for? There is possible if your using some others content in your blog. So avoid duplicate content. To check duplicate content, i use copyscape.com
