Why does my PR2 site not generate any Organic clicks?

Ok,
I have 2 sites. WashingtonAutoCredit.com and JumpStartMyCredit.com.
WAC has no PR and generates WAY more organic traffic than JSMC which has a PR of 2.

Is there anyone out there that would be willing to look at the sites and give me some ideas for things I could do to increase traffic on both sites?

I need all the help I can get.
