Why am Igetting this error again and again?

Hello

I am again and again getting this error in my admincp.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method vb_activecache::flush() in /home/ddlmasti/public_html/deepwarez.com/includes/adminfunctions_template.php(2350) : eval()'d code on line 6

this comes when:
when i try to install a new skin
i try to delete a skin
installing some mods like plus mood
making a template edit.

Please tell why is this coming and how to prevent this.
