Why Admins dont have all controls ?

Hi All,
I have 3 admins @ my forum one admin who's the main admin has all controls but other 2 admins can only delete and move thread but they don't have other controls on the forum but they can do anything in admincp so help me about it plz.
 
Please help me i am so sad bcoz my main admin can do anything but other 2 admins can just delete a post but they cant move any thread and they cant delete any thread physically so plz help me someone.
 
I'm also having the same problem, 2 of my admins have everything, but the other doesn't

Their admin permissions are exactly the same though.
 
AminCP --> Usergroups --> Administrator Permissions.

Then edit the permission on the other admins that don't have everything selected.
