Who's online doesn't work properly

my forums who's online box is busted. It only ever shows a few of the members who are actually online. Anyone know whats up?
 
to much prob. is with database... then image when u try put image dont localhost/upload/images but upload/image... try all back up @ locat host spesialy database.. hope fix ur prob.. if not try setting @ vbulletin or some ur product(hide member) u put n u duno what funcionaly that hack.....

note: hehehehe who can read my english, that great guy :P
 
A screenshot isn't really needed, the problem is that the who's online box will only show a few of the members that are actually online. Several others usernames simply don't appear.
