Which sql db must I copy?

Ok I have setup the ver 3.8 on the new hosting provider.

I just like to copy:

1. All Users
2. All Individual privileges Mods, Admins, etc
3. All forum threads
4. All files?

What files from phpmyAdmin that must I copy from the old server?
