I just now saw one option called "customize your profile" in user control panel, which mod is that? I didnt find that mod in 3.7.x mod forum category. How to get that mod?

there is no mod for that

u just need to enable it

go to admincp > vBulletin Options > User profile option

on the Enabled User Profile Features tick the Profile Styling

and you good to go

and u will see customize your profile on usercp
