Anybody have an opinion on The Professional ASP.NET ($60 without any CD-- kind of thin to compared to the ASP book)

or Beginning ASP.NET using VB.net

Or Sams Teach yourself ASP.NET in 21 days.

I've been doing ASP for a year, have played with VB a year ago.

Are these books in the know about the final version of ASP.NET?All of these books deal with the Beta2, which, Microsoft promises, is very very stable and will have very few breaking changed between it and the final release.

I'd recommend Sams Teach Yourself ASP.NET in 21 Days
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0672321688/4guysfromrollaco

Been gettin' great reviews and is definitely a great place to start learning about ASP.NET. Let me also recommend my book:

ASP.NET: Tips, Tutorials, and Code
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0672321432/4guysfromrollaco

Aimed at the more intermediate to advanced developer, it skips past introductory text on what ASP.NET is, what .NET is, etc. and jumps right into real-world code examples, tutorials, tips, etc. Lots of code, and all of the samples are downloadable from the Web site in both C# and VB.NET.
